$99 diy ebooks (field guide + niche playbooks)

digital products are refundable within 7 days of purchase, on the condition that you have not downloaded the file. our system tracks the first download — once that happens, the product is considered delivered and the sale is final.

this is the standard digital-goods rule. we'd lose money any other way and would have to charge $499 for the field guide instead of $99 to absorb refund risk.

if you bought the wrong niche playbook, email team@segmento.co within 7 days and we'll swap you to the correct one at no additional charge — even if you've already downloaded.

$499 dfy setup

the $499 covers the audit, kickoff call, schema build, faq page, service-area pages, and submission to bing, indexnow, perplexity, and google. it's our actual cost to do the work — about 8-12 hours of senior time per client.

full refund if you cancel before the kickoff call. once the kickoff call happens, the build is in motion and the $499 is non-refundable.

$1,500 dfy result fee

this is the part that makes our pricing different from agencies: the $1,500 only triggers if you appear in chatgpt, perplexity, or google ai overviews for at least one of the 10 queries we agreed on at kickoff, within 60 days of submission.

if you don't appear in any of the 10 queries within 60 days, we don't invoice the $1,500. you owe $0 beyond the $499 setup. we eat the result risk so you don't have to.

if you do appear and we invoice, the $1,500 is final once paid. the result is verified by us with screenshot evidence sent to you before invoicing — you'll see what triggered the charge.

$297/mo maintenance subscription

the maintenance plan is month-to-month. you can cancel from your dashboard at any time and no further charges will be made.

the current month is non-refundable — once we've run the monthly scan and sent the citation report, the work is delivered. cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

chargebacks

please email us first. we've never had a refund request we couldn't resolve in one email — most refund issues turn out to be the wrong receipt going to the wrong inbox or a duplicate charge we can fix in 5 minutes. opening a stripe chargeback before contacting us wastes 2-4 weeks of both our time and ends in the same outcome.
